In the event of cloudy skies, while we remain open and continue to provide tours and exhibits for you to interact with, we will issue a cloudy-night coupon you can use for 50% off your next visit.

Scheduling

You can reschedule or cancel your visit via the confirmation e-mail you will receive, so long as you do so more than two-hours before your scheduled visit time.

Refunds

If you book an appointment online and do not show, we will consider your payment a donation to the observatory.
